Are you passionate about empowering youth?
The Autonomous Youth Council seeks to provide comprehensive training to youth ages 14-24, aiming to equip them with the knowledge and skills necessary to actively engage in community governance. If you’re an experienced facilitator interested in leading a dynamic learning session during our summer training series, we want to hear from you!
Facilitators will work alongside youth, covering topics such as systems thinking, educational history and policy, youth/adult equity, and community activism. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact and empower the next generation of community leaders.
Interested facilitators are invited to submit proposals outlining their qualifications, experience, and approach to facilitating youth-centered training. Proposals should include a 300-word response explaining why you would excel as a facilitator for one of the learning topics. The deadline for submissions is 5 p.m. on April 12, 2024.
